The Inn's romantic wood-paneled dining room is a perfect complement for Chef Jeff Scott's creative, delicious 5-course meals. Start in the Tavern with a Vermont artisan cheese and fresh fruit selection, then move to your table in the dining room for appetizer, salad, sorbet, entree, dessert and coffee - all freshly prepared using local products whenever possible.
The Inn's menu changes every season to reflect the availability of the best local produce. Your appetizer choices could be Maine crabcakes or cheddar crepes with blackened chicken or rabbit cassoulet. Entrees could include mushroom encrusted duck breast, cedar planked arctic char or braised beef short ribs. Dessert could be maple creme brulee, apple crisp or chocolate torte.
A full country breakfast is served every day where you can have whatever want, including apple pie or chocolate chip pancakes for dessert! On Sunday's an elegant buffet brunch is served until noon with both an omelet and waffle station, eggs benedict, fresh pastries, pancakes and french toast, salads, lunch items and many desserts!
Dinner is served from 6:00 - 8:30pm daily (reservations requested)
Breakfast is served from 8:00 - 9:30am Monday - Friday (til 10:00am on Saturday)
Brunch is served from 9:00 - Noon on Sunday (later during Holidays).
